I had the opportunity of assisting Erin Farrell at the wedding of Kim and Brian on 10-2-09.  I enjoyed capturing some of their details and seeing how giddy they are for each other!

Congrats and many years of happiness, Kim and Brian!

Hi! I love the pics!! Thanks so much for posting them! I feel like I get to relive the day all over again! I have never seen your work before, but you, like Erin are extremely talented! I love the close up of me looking at Brian, with Brian’s big smile! I LOVE IT! You have some really great shots! I can’t wait to see all of them!! Thanks for everything!

While waiting for this family to meet up with me, I saw several cars of families rushing down the road going to pee-wee football (I knew by the huge helmets I could see in the back seats sitting on little bodies).  The busy-ness of these families was clear on their faces.  It was refreshing to go and “work” (if I can call it that) with a family that could forget about time and just enjoy the moment with their children.  The here-and-now can be hard to accomplish but it is oh so needed in our lives.  I am glad I was able to take part in their morning.  I let them do their thing with very little direction and got to capture their interactions–something that I absolutely love!

Ellie stole my heart!  If it weren’t for the big brother that adores her, I would be asking to bring her home:)

Love, love, love! Can you tell he loves her?! Sam came over to love on Ellie while she played with some acorns.

LOVE the one of Dad and son with the baseball bat. That would look amazing blown up on a huge canvas. 🙂

…as in, very refined and delicate.  Selody is one of the most well-mannered little girls I have ever met.  Some of it can be attributed to her parent’s southern roots.  Selody is one of Micah’s (my son) first friends–they were both due to be born the same day but mine was a week early and Selody was fashionably late by a week:)They enjoyed playdates and meetups at the park this past year, but (sadly for us) Selody and her parents are moving back south.  We will truly miss them.  Here is a sneak peek of Selody, enjoying the warm weather while it is still around!

I don’t think Patrick can get any cuter…but I bet he will!  While I am a big fan of black and whites, the colors today were just beautiful at the Lackawanna State Park where I met up with this beautiful family.  The air had a chill and there were some leaves on the ground already that Patrick couldn’t get enough of.  It was a perfect day to play at the park!

gorgoeous brown eyes he has!

Last weekend, I had an awesome time assisting Courtney Keim photograph Remy & Mike’s wedding day.    Remy & Mike have a special connection that was very obvious to me, even though this was the first time meeting them.  They filled their special day with smiles and laughter, something that I hope will carry on through their years of marriage.

beautiful sunset for a beautiful couple!

They know how to have fun together!

Congrats, Remy & Mike!
